✨ Product Support Engineer ✨

Nicole’s joining our team as a Product Support Engineer after working on support teams at Gem and Samsara. As a support pro, she understood the value of Pylon right away. Now she’s using it daily and helping us make it even better.

Why did you join Pylon?

I joined Pylon for many reasons, but one that stands out is the opportunity to have a direct impact on other Support teams through our product. I'm sure those on my team felt the same way when they joined! I love that I'll get to use the product myself in my role's daily operations, be able to provide meaningful feedback on it, and help other Support teams in the process. On top of that, I get to work with some awesome people, including some whom I enjoyed working with in my Samsara days.

What is your favorite hobby?

Outside of work, I love lisening to music and staying sane through physical activity like going to the gym and running.
