Why teams use it

Deploy AI agents that handle questions end-to-end, gather context for your team, and escalate to humans when it matters.

Never miss a customer message

Every new message in a linked Telegram chat automatically becomes a Pylon issue, so conversations happening in Telegram land in the same queue your team already works from.

Reply without switching apps

Full bidirectional syncing keeps Telegram and Pylon in lockstep — messages, files, and reactions flow both ways, so your team can respond from Pylon and customers see it in Telegram.

Tie conversations to the right account

Link Telegram chats to existing accounts or spin up new accounts directly from a chat, keeping every customer's history connected in one place.

Manage Telegram like any other channel

Once an issue is created, every Pylon feature is available to triage, assign, and resolve it. Filter by Issue Source or spot the Telegram logo to find these conversations at a glance.

How to install
Step 1
Connect your organization

From your Pylon dashboard, open the App Directory, click the Telegram integration, and complete the one-time, org-level connection.

Connect your personal account

Each user links their own Telegram account on the Telegram Integrations page.

Step 3
Link chats to accounts.

On the Accounts page, use the Add Account button to link Telegram chats to existing accounts or create new accounts directly from a Telegram chat. New messages in linked chats will then create issues automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Does every Pylon user need to connect their own Telegram account?

Yes. There's an org-level connection (done once by an admin) and a personal account connection that each user completes individually.

How does Pylon know which Telegram chat belongs to which customer account?

You link chats to existing accounts on the Accounts page. New accounts can be created directly from a chat.

What happens when a customer messages in Telegram after a chat is linked?

Any new message automatically creates a Pylon issue, joining your support queue alongside all other channels.

Does Pylon sync files and reactions from Telegram or just text messages?

Full bidirectional sync includes messages, files, and reactions — consistent across Telegram and Pylon for both sides.

Can Pylon handle Telegram group chats or only 1:1 conversations?

Pylon supports linking individual Telegram chats to accounts. Combine with other channels for broader group support coverage.
