Open the App Directory

From your Pylon dashboard, click into the App Directory.

Connect HubSpot

Select the HubSpot integration and follow the in-app setup instructions to connect your account.

Configure field, contact, and activity sync

Choose which fields to sync and in which direction. Enable activity and contact sync so conversation summaries and new contacts flow into HubSpot automatically.

Set up channel creation from HubSpot (Optional)

To create Slack channels from HubSpot, add a custom property to your Deal or Company object and add it to your layout. Follow the dedicated setup guide for the full configuration.

Every day, Pylon scans your customer channels for conversations that were had. For every conversation, AI summarizes the details and syncs the summary to the relevant Account in HubSpot.

Does Slack channel creation work the same way for a Company or a Deal?

Yes, with one difference: if configured on the Company object, the channel created will invite all contacts associated with the company; if configured on the Deal object, it will invite all contacts associated with the deal.

Can I filter or send broadcasts based on HubSpot data?

Yes. You can send a Broadcast to a set of customers based on data stored in HubSpot, and view and filter Issues by HubSpot tags.

How do I set up the HubSpot integration?

Click into the App Directory from your Pylon dashboard and then click on the HubSpot integration to view setup instructions.

Does Pylon add new contacts to HubSpot automatically?
