The one and only Matthew Nagy - another familiar face from the ex-Samsara family 🫡

Matthew comes from experience troubleshooting many complex workflow and automation issues AND is well known for his ability to translate between engineering and customers!

Very excited to have Matthew joining the team to help us better support our customers 🚀

Why did you join Pylon?

As a support professional, I had never really had the opportunity to work for a company where the product was support. Pylon has a great following, strong growth, and is full of some amazingly talented folks who I had the pleasure of working with at Samsara. Getting a chance to use the product as my day to day tool and help others use that same tool for their businesses, seemed like a no brainer!

Matthew's Week 1

What is your ideal Sunday?

My ideal Sunday would consist of an early morning cars and coffee (car lover here!), a quick round of golf, a late afternoon/evening at Calicraft Brewing, and wrap it up with some binge watching Netflix with my wife!
