Why teams use it

Deploy AI agents that handle questions end-to-end, gather context for your team, and escalate to humans when it matters.

Control how tickets get created

Set regular channels to convert every message into a ticket, or let users open one explicitly with the :ticket: emoji — whichever fits how your community operates.

Keep both platforms in sync

Issues sync bidirectionally with complete fidelity — messages, files, and reactions stay aligned across Discord and Pylon without manual updates.

Manage Discord issues like any other

Once an issue is created, use the full set of Pylon features to triage and resolve it. Filter or spot Discord issues instantly via the Issue Source filter or the Discord logo.
