Deploy AI agents that handle questions end-to-end, gather context for your team, and escalate to humans when it matters.

Know when you last spoke to a customer

The Last Meeting Date field records your most recent meeting with an account, so support and success teams always know how fresh the relationship is without leaving Pylon.

Stay ahead of upcoming conversations

The Next Meeting Date field surfaces the next scheduled meeting on an account, helping your team prep and prioritize before every call.

See meeting history at a glance

Next and Last Meeting Date appear in the account activity timeline and in the account and issue sidebars, giving everyone shared visibility into engagement.

How to install
Step 1
Enable the integration in the Apps Directory

A Pylon Admin opens the Apps Directory, selects the Outlook Calendar tile, and clicks "Connect" to enable the integration for the workspace. Admin access is required for this step.

Step 2
Connect your personal calendar

Once the workspace integration is live, each user navigates to the Apps Directory and selects "Connect Outlook Calendar" to link their own calendar.

Step 3
Let events backfill

After connecting, calendar events begin backfilling automatically, populating the Next Meeting Date and Last Meeting Date fields across your accounts.

Frequently asked questions
What data does the Outlook Calendar integration bring into Pylon?

It adds two custom fields (Next Meeting Date and Last Meeting Date) that reflect the upcoming and most recent meetings tied to an account.

Where do the meeting date fields show up?

They appear in the account activity timeline and are viewable in both the account and issue sidebars.

Can I use the meeting fields in views and automations?

Yes. Next Meeting Date and Last Meeting Date work anywhere custom fields are supported, including views, triggers, and other automations.

Does every user connect their own calendar?

Yes. An Admin first enables the integration for the workspace, then each user connects their personal calendar individually from the Apps Directory.
