How to install

Step 1

Open the Apps Directory

Go to the Apps Directory page in Pylon. Make sure you are a Grain administrator before starting the install process.

Step 2

Connect Grain

Click on the Grain app and hit Connect.

Step 3

Create a workspace API token

Follow the setup instructions and be sure to create a workspace API token, then add your API key into Pylon.

Step 4

Confirm your calls sync

Once your API key is added, old Grain calls begin to backfill and new calls are added automatically going forward.

Step 5

Set team access for full coverage (Optional)

For complete call data, set your Team access settings in Grain to "All meetings with external participants."
