Open the App Directory

From your Pylon dashboard, click into the App Directory and select the Gong integration to view setup instructions.

Connect Gong

Click Connect to link your Gong account. Note that you must be a Gong admin to complete this installation.

Step 3
Let your calls backfill

Once connected, historical calls automatically backfill into Pylon and new calls are ingested going forward.
