Meeting transcripts flow straight into Pylon the moment Fireflies finishes transcribing, so your team's call recordings are always where you track customer work.
Set a team-level webhook on Fireflies to pull in every teammate's recordings, not just your own.
Every call is automatically matched to the correct Pylon account, so conversations from across your team roll up to the customer they belong to.
Team members only see the calls they personally attended in the Fireflies integration list, while all calls still sync behind the scenes and attribute correctly.

Go to the Apps Directory in your Pylon dashboard. Make sure you're a Fireflies.ai administrator before starting, since the setup requires admin access.
Click into the Fireflies app and hit Connect to begin linking your account.
Log in to Fireflies and open the webhooks page. Copy the Webhook URL and Secret Key from Pylon into Fireflies, add Meeting transcribed to the subscribed objects, then test the webhook to confirm it works. Team-level webhooks require the Fireflies enterprise tier and are needed to pull in your whole team's recordings.
On the Fireflies developer settings page, copy your API Key and paste it into Pylon.
Once calls come through, they'll appear on the Apps Directory > Fireflies page in Pylon and become visible across all Pylon features.
Fireflies sends a webhook when a meeting is transcribed. Once you've subscribed to the Meeting transcribed object, each new transcript flows into Pylon automatically.
Yes, but it requires a team-level webhook, which is available on the Fireflies enterprise tier. Team-level webhooks are what allow all of your team's call recordings to be pulled into Pylon.
To protect participant privacy, the call list only shows calls you personally attended. Calls from other team members are still ingested and attributed to the correct Pylon account behind the scenes.
