Every meeting recorded in Attention flows into Pylon automatically, so call context lives alongside your accounts and issues instead of in a separate tool.
Connecting Attention kicks off a backfill that pulls your preexisting meetings into Pylon, so you're not starting from an empty slate.
By capturing detailed transcripts from analyzed conversations, Pylon gives your team the full context of what was said on every call.
Team members only see calls they personally attended, while every call is still pulled in and attributed to the correct Pylon account behind the scenes.
