Create a new Asana task directly from a Pylon issue using the Asana Details module in the sidebar. Just pick a project, click Create, and the task is filed with your product and engineering teams.
Every Asana task created from Pylon includes an embedded Pylon module, so product and engineering can see the customer side of the issue without switching tools.
Comments in Asana sync back to Pylon as internal notes, and replies on the Pylon internal thread post to Asana as task comments.
When an Asana task is completed, the linked Pylon issue is notified and moved to "On You," prompting you to close the loop with the customer.
