How to install
Step 1
Open the App Directory

Navigate to the sidebar in your Pylon dashboard and click into the Apps Directory.

Step 2
Connect Slack

Select the Slack integration and click to install. Note that you must be a Slack admin to complete this installation.

Step 3
Enable Channels

Once connected, enable Pylon in the relevant public, private, or Slack Connect channels where you wish to track customer conversations.

Step 4
Sync Multiple Workspaces (Optional)

If you manage a Slack Community or multiple workspaces, connect each individually from the directory to track messages across your entire ecosystem.
