Navigate to the sidebar in your Pylon dashboard and click into the Apps Directory.
Select the Slack integration and click to install. Note that you must be a Slack admin to complete this installation.

If you manage a Slack Community or multiple workspaces, connect each individually from the directory to track messages across your entire ecosystem.
