Product Intelligence

See how Pylon clusters feature requests from customer conversations, ranks them by mentions, accounts, and ARR, then closes the loop with an announcement when the feature ships.

Pylon Product Intelligence turns customer feedback into product strategy by automatically clustering feature requests from customer conversations. The workflow lets a product team prioritize requests by mentions, accounts, or ARR, then open a high-impact request showing 257 mentions across 213 accounts and $3.7M in current ARR. The request view combines an AI summary, cited customer mentions, affected accounts, custom fields, ARR, and linked product tickets. Users can open each cited source to review the original conversation, account, and date the request was raised.

When a feature ships, the team selects Draft Broadcast from the feature request to start a customer announcement. Pylon builds an audience from the customers who requested the feature, allows the team to review and adjust recipients, and drafts a launch message using the request context. The team reviews and personalizes the announcement in a live preview, sends a preview to itself, confirms the request-linked audience, and notifies the customers who requested the feature, closing the feedback loop from request to product action.
