Knowledge Base

See how Pylon turns resolved tickets, Slack threads, and email replies into published knowledge base articles — without writing each one by hand.

Pylon Knowledge Base turns resolved support tickets, Slack threads, and email responses into searchable knowledge base content without requiring support teams to write every article manually. The demo shows users opening Templates and creating consistent article structures, then switching to Articles to browse existing content and filter by visibility or status, including drafts, published pages, and articles needing updates. Users can open an article to inspect its content, structure, and publish state, edit it directly or generate a new draft with Pylon’s AI-native features, and request stakeholder review from the article screen. The Reviews area provides status filters for managing approvals and identifying articles that need attention.

The workflow also includes opening Missing content to find topic gaps based on customer issue mentions, opening topic details, and selecting Generate Article Draft to create an editable draft. Users choose a team template, review the generated draft in Resources, confirm its status, and publish it when ready. Published articles flow into the external Knowledge Base, where they are organized by collections so customers can find answers before contacting support.
