Pylon Broadcasts lets teams plan and send targeted updates through Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and Telegram. The workflow starts when the user selects Create Broadcast, chooses the sender, and previews the message. The user selects the delivery channels, chooses whether the broadcast comes from the company or an individual, and adds an internal title that customers do not see. A side-by-side preview shows the message as it is written, and Send Test provides a preview for checking the sender, links, and formatting before delivery. The user then builds the audience by selecting customer channels and reviewing the delivery scope. Before sending, the confirmation view shows the message and all four channels. After the broadcast goes live, the user opens it to track replies, reactions, link clicks, and engagement by account.
Broadcasts also supports editing a sent channel broadcast: the user selects Edit Message, revises the content beside the live preview without rebuilding the audience, and confirms the update to apply the new message across every posted channel. The broadcasts workspace manages drafts, previews, sends, engagement tracking, and post-send message updates in one place.
