Pylon Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of Pylon’s products and services (“Services”). As used herein, “Customer” is the person or entity that uses or otherwise accesses the Services.

 

Customer may not use the Services for any of the following activities or to create, store, or share content that falls into these categories:

  1. Illegal activities, such as (i) engaging in any illegal activity, or promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to do so; or (ii) violating laws, regulations, governmental orders, industry standards, or telecommunications providers’ requirements or guidance in any applicable jurisdiction, including any of the foregoing that require consent be obtained prior to transmitting, recording, collecting, or monitoring data or communications or compliance with opt-in requirements or opt-out requests for any data or communications. 
  2. Harmful and inappropriate content, such as (i) content that is graphically violent, obscene, sexually explicit, promoting self-harm, terrorist activity, misinformation, or posing a threat to the public or any person; (ii) any content that exploits or sexualizes children, depicts or promotes abuse or exploitation of children, or could be considered grooming; (iii) content containing or linking to malicious software, malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or (iv) content promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or any protected characteristic.
  3. Harassment and abuse, such as (i) abusive, harassing, or bullying behavior toward any individual or organization; (ii) threatening, defamatory, or intimidating communications; or (iii) invasion of privacy or violation of another person's legal rights.
  4. Deceptive and fraudulent practices, such as (i) engaging in deceptive, false, misleading, or fraudulent practices; (ii) promotion of counterfeit goods or services; (ii) misleading anyone that AI-generated content was solely human-created.
  5. Spam and unwanted communications, such as (i) harvesting or collecting contact information through mass messaging of unverified addresses, (ii) sending unwanted content, mass solicitation, or duplicative unsolicited messages, or (iii) using the Services to create or send spam materials.

This AUP may be updated periodically to reflect changes in Services functionality, legal requirements, or industry standards. Continued use of the Services after AUP updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
